OLIVE OIL EXPERIENCE & TASTING

The experience begins with a walk among the olive trees, a moment of storytelling and sharing dedicated to olive cultivation, the different varieties, and the age-old gestures of harvesting and production.

Guests can take part firsthand in the olive harvest, using traditional tools, or simply observe and soak in the atmosphere. The journey continues with a visit to the olive mill, where we will discover the machinery together and take part in the processes that transform olives into extra virgin olive oil, following each step with passion and authenticity.

The journey concludes with a tasting of natural and flavored extra virgin olive oil and a traditional Sicilian lunch, including an aperitif with bruschetta topped with traditional pestos, olives, cheese, salami, stuffed local pizzolo, and a dessert made with ricotta or honey.

Beverage: water and 2 glass of white/red wine per person.

Recommended clothing: Comfortable attire, footwear suitable for walking in the olive grove, and a hat for sun protection during the warmer months.

Availability: Daily from late September to the end of November, during the olive harvesting season.
