The combination of textures and flavors is sure to impress your guests.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 baguette, sliced into 1\/2-inch thick slices<\/li>\n<li>190gr (1 cup) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.terrasurti.it\/en\/product\/crema-di-zucchine-2-2\/\">Terra Surti Zucchini Cream<\/a><\/li>\n<li>170gr (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li>\n<li>60gr (1\/4 cup) crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 spoons (2 tbsp) pine nuts, toasted<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, halved<\/li>\n<li>Fresh basil leaves, chopped<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terrasurti.it\/en\/product\/6-bottiglie-di-olio-extravergine-di-oliva-500-ml-100-italiano-copia\/\">Terra Surti extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>Balsamic glaze (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prepare the Bread:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C) and arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet previously brushed lightly with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and rub each slice with the cut side of the garlic clove.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Assemble the Bruschetta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spread a generous amount of Terra Surti zucchini cream on each toasted baguette slice.<\/li>\n<li>Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
