The surprise was even greater when we realized that it was actually a full Adoption Package. A moment we will never forget. We enjoyed a wonderful and very personal guided tour on one of the olive plantations, where we were able to choose our own olive tree and learn so much about olive oil production. Everything was explained with great passion and knowledge, and you could truly feel the love for tradition and quality. A real highlight was the VR experience of the harvesting season. Experiencing the olive harvest through VR glasses was both emotional and impressive – a modern and unique concept that fits perfectly into the overall experience. The tasting afterward beautifully rounded off the afternoon – relaxed, delicious, and very authentic. A very special thank you goes to Federica, who is an absolutely wonderful, warm, and highly experienced guide. She answered every question with ease and speaks excellent English, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. In November, we received our first olive oil package, lovingly wrapped and bringing us so much joy. The regular email updates about our olive tree and the delivery of the olive oil are always special moments that remind us of our wedding and this unforgettable gift. We took the tour with Adele and she provided an excellent tour. Very interesting and informative, answering all our questions. We went for a walk through the olive tree orchard, an explanation of the olive processing at the mill, and a wonderful lunch. Lunch included an olive oil tasting, bruschetta, salami, cheese, a pizza, cannoli , and wine. WOW!! It was all delicious! The walk was beautiful and calming, with great insights from our guide, Sofia. We were able to ask many questions, and it felt very personal.
