OLIVE OIL TOUR & BRUNCH - Terra Surti Experience
An authentic journey into the heart of our farm.
The experience begins with a walk among the olive trees, where we share the story of our farm and the natural cycle of the olive tree. It continues with a guided visit to the olive mill and its machinery, offering an up-close look at the production processes of extra virgin olive oil.
Outside the harvest season (October–November), guests can experience all stages — from harvesting to extraction — through an immersive virtual reality experience.
The journey concludes with a tasting of natural and flavored extra virgin olive oil and a traditional Sicilian lunch, including an aperitif with bruschetta topped with traditional pestos, olives, cheese, salami, stuffed local pizzolo, and a dessert made with ricotta or honey.
Beverage: water and 2 glass of white/red wine per person.
