OLIVE OIL TOUR

An authentic journey into the heart of our farm.

The experience begins with a walk among the olive trees, where we share the story of our farm and the natural cycle of the olive tree. It continues with a guided tour of the olive mill and its machinery, offering an up-close look at the production processes of extra virgin olive oil.

Outside the harvest season (October–November), guests can experience all stages — from harvesting to extraction — through an immersive virtual reality experience.

The journey concludes with a tasting of natural and flavored extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by a light aperitif featuring bruschetta with traditional pestos, olives, cheese, and salami.

Beverage: water and 1 glass of white/red wine per person.
